ObjectivesThe client had moved from a large home to an 1800 sqft. condominium built in the 70's. The original space was painted a drab green and lacked adequate storage space for the client's art and book collection. The client desired the rooms to be brightened and opened up, with the addition of office, storage and display space. SolutionsMany areas of the condominium were customized to the client's needs. A wall in the kitchen was removed, opening the space to the living room and window views. Natural pink birch and granite counter tops were used for a dressy, yet practical space. Client Testimonial“Sandra did a near-total remodeling of our 25 year old, 1800 sqare foot condominum. She remodeled the kitchen and two baths from scratch with instructions to make the areas appear as large as possible and provide ample storage. The kitchen brings raves from our friends and is a wonderfully efficient workspace. > view next project, Perkins Residence (2 of 3) < return to Interior Design |
